Paid time off for Erlen Group employees are awarded on on a pay per period basis. We also recognize 7 paid holidays.

The Erlen Group contributes a minimum of 5% of gross pay to team members’ Simplified Employee Pension accounts after 3 years of service. We will contribute up to an additional 10% of gross pay to team members’ Simplified Employee Pension accounts after three years of service, subject to a pool profit sharing fund equal to 10% of the Company’s net income before taxes.
